It is 7 feet 9 inches tall (4 "bigger than my" horn NASA.) Pressure is 80 psi, with an air consumption of 80 SCFM, and is able to produce a clean sound @ 75Hz 150dB (capable of producing slightly less than 75 Hz because of the bell section, plus c). This is the largest and the lowest, where Hz Acoustic cleaning Horn. Read morethat used for horn: cleaning aids are in a wide range of applications, which are offered in various formats and frequencies. The lower the fundamental frequency, the greater the cleaning area and the physical dimensions of the device. The function of a cleaner sound is simple, compressed air is introduced through a given aperture and cause the membrane to bend titanium. The curve causes a pressure pulse can be generated which is then amplified by the bell. L 'length and flare of the bell is constant, which determines the fundamental frequency. The sound pressure produced by the bell swing causes particle deposition and distribution. Once moved, the material by gravity and / or the flow of gas was removed. clean sound is the development of a non-invasive technology to remove debris everywhere ash particles, dust, dust or other dry material deposits cause, blocks or thermal transfer printing problems.
